Are the sheets oven-safe?
Yes – 230°C / 450°F (standard) and 260°C / 500°F (heavy-duty). Also microwave and freezer safe. Not for direct flame or broiler contact.
Do I see a proof before production?
Always. A digital proof is sent before any production begins. You approve or request changes before a single sheet is printed.
What logo file format do I need?
Vector files preferred – AI, EPS, or PDF. High-res PNG or JPEG (300 DPI+) also accepted. Our design team cleans up files at no extra charge.
Do the sheets curl?
No. Pre-cut sheets have no roll memory and lay flat on every surface. Unlike paper cut from rolls, which retains curl and shifts during baking or service.
