Welcome to Custom Printed Papers. By placing an order through customprintedpapers.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Orders & Custom Products

All products are custom manufactured to your approved specifications, including size, GSM, material, and printed artwork. Production begins only after you approve the digital proof. Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Minimum order quantities start at 1,000 sheets and vary by product. It is your responsibility to review the proof for spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout before approval.

2. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own the rights to all logos, designs, and artwork you submit, or hold valid permission to use them. Custom Printed Papers is not liable for any copyright or trademark claims arising from customer-supplied artwork. You agree to indemnify us against such claims. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Full payment is required before production begins. Quotes remain valid for 30 days. Wholesale and bulk pricing is available on request. Applicable sales tax is added where required by law.

4. Production & Delivery

Standard production turnaround is 6 to 8 business days after proof approval. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Color & Print Variations

Due to differences between screen displays and printed output, slight color variation may occur. A variance of up to 5 percent in color, size, or quantity is considered acceptable industry standard and does not qualify as a defect.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because every order is custom printed, returns are not accepted for buyer error or change of mind. If you receive defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved claims are resolved through reprint or refund at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NYC, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
